Privacy Policy

WeekendlyTV Publisher is a private tool used by one person to publish their own videos to their own YouTube channel. It has no other users, no sign-up, and it is not offered to the public. If you are reading this, you have most likely arrived from a Google consent screen.
Whose data this covers
Only the operator's own Google account — the account that owns the YouTube channel the application publishes to. The application does not request, receive or process data belonging to anybody else, and it has no facility to do so.
What the application accesses
- Uploading and managing videos on the operator's own
channel, including titles, descriptions and thumbnails

youtube.upload,youtube) - Caption tracks, so subtitle files can be attached to
those videos (
youtube.force-ssl) - Read-only analytics for that same channel, such as
views and audience retention, used to decide what to make next

How it is used
Solely to carry out the operator's own publishing tasks. The data is not sold, rented, shared, transferred or disclosed to any third party. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and it is never read by a human other than the operator.
Limited Use
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
- Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a self-hosted automation instance on a private server in Germany.
- The server is firewalled, accepts SSH by key only, and its management dashboard is behind an identity-based access proxy.
- Encrypted backups are held on separate off-server storage, reachable only with the operator's own key.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking or cookies are used on this website. It is static pages only.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept only while the application is in use. The operator can revoke access at any time from Google Account permissions, which immediately invalidates them. Stored credentials are deleted when the application is retired, along with the backup copies as they age out of their retention window.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revision date above changes with it.
